The Custom Design Process

 

  • I’d love to hear from you, get to know about your brand, visions for your pattern or print design placement and how we can work together. We can chat over zoom or email and at this stage we discuss your brief as well as requirements.

  • Once I get to know more about your project, I will put together then your quote and then Agreement if we proceed to work with each other. It will include the investment cost for my services, project time-frames, terms & conditions.

    Once agreed, I will require the agreement signed and 50% deposit before the project commences.

  • This is the exciting stage! I work behind the scenes to craft your custom illustrations.

    To ensure I am on the right path, I send to you for review the concept, we work through together to ensure it is perfectly aligned with your vision.

  • This is the stage to ensure you are happy with your design before being finalised, three rounds (3) of minor refinements are included in the process.

    Once you are completely happy with your design(s), I will require your final approval.

  • Once you are completely happy with your design(s), I will require your final approval. Once the design is approved, I will send your final invoice for payment and then I will prepare your final file(s) to send to you. You will be emailed the final files with the link to download your files, ready for you to send to your manufacturer.

  • You will have exclusive rights to the design forever and will be custom for your brand.

    The design may be used for marketing purposes by Effie Ana Design.
